We provide Quantitative Microscopy for advanced nanoscale science and technology applications. By transferring the image-producing step from lenses to a high speed computer programme, the Phase Focus Virtual Lens® eliminates the distortions, aberrations and performance limitations of conventional microscopy instrumentation, and adds a new quantitative dimension.

Transmission and reflection TruWave^TM images created by the Phase Focus Virtual Lens® provide exceptional spatial and depth resolution at visible light, X-ray and electron wavelengths. With post-acquisition focusing, stitch-free imaging of arbitrarily large fields of view and "point-and-click" operation, Phase Focus has made microscopy flexible, accurate and simple - from high contrast stain-free analysis of transparent structures, to nano-scale surface metrology, to materials characterisation.
